PAYMENT :
All prices are indicated in Euros including tax.
Payments are made online by credit card and are fully secure thanks to the PAYPAL platform.
You are under no circumstances required to create a Paypal account to make your payment, but you can of course choose to use it if you have one.

In accordance with European Directive 2000/31 / EC relating to certain aspects of electronic commerce, the placing of an order implies acceptance by the customer which entails the formation of the contract and the final acceptance by the customer of the prices and description of the products. products available for sale as well as all the general conditions of sale.
DELIVERY DELAY :
Once your order has been registered, it will be confirmed by email and shipped in most cases within 2 to 5 working days.
All orders are shipped from Cagliari, Italy.
For abroad, the costs are indicated to you before payment in the detail of your shopping cart. Delivery times are 3 to 5 working days for Italy, from confirmation. A longer period may be communicated to you when ordering.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND:
In accordance with the Provision of the Consumer Code on distance selling (articles L121-16 et seq. Of the Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw without having to justify any reason, without penalty, only return costs being at your expense. The law provides that the purchaser of a product has to do so a period of seven / 7 working days from delivery. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
Beyond this deadline, UNPLUGGED MUSEUM will be free to refuse the exchange or refund.
If the refund is accepted, it will necessarily be made before the expiry of 1 month after the date of purchase. Then fees (Paypal) will be deducted from the sum.

The exchange or refund of items can only be accepted if the items ordered are returned to us in perfect condition, neither worn, soiled, nor damaged.
You will be responsible for the return costs, but the shipping costs will not be billed to you in the event of an exchange.
